Customer Information - Terms of Sale
The following terms and conditions of sale constitute a binding agreement between Orbitalsat UK Ltd and its customers which applies to all purchases made on the http://www.orbitalsat.co.uk/ website. Customers are reminded that these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully, you may wish to print a copy for future reference. You agree not to change these Terms of Sale from the form presented by us. All other terms and conditions including those in any order submitted by you are expressly excluded and shall have no effect. All communications made thus far by us are invitations to treat only.

Acceptance of Order
Your acceptance of these Sale Terms by clicking on the "Confirm Order" button represents an offer of contract from you only and is not binding until accepted by us either by sending you an email which is received by you explicitly stating this or our dispatching the goods to you with a dispatch note issued to you by us. Receipt of an order via the http://www.orbitalsat.co.uk/ website by us does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer for any reason.

Any errors or omissions in any catalogue, sales literature, price list, dispatch note, invoice or other documentation or any information issued by us from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on our part. you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any order submitted by you, confirming where reasonably requested to do so by us any telephone orders, and for the giving of such information as is necessary relating to the Sale Terms and delivery (as the case may be) to enable us to deliver the goods to the card holders delivery address notified by you.

General Sales
1. All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. Orbitalsat UK Ltd will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold from its web site until payment has been received and cleared in full. Payments are accepted on most credit or debit cards via our secure service with http://www.paypal.com/. Please allow Five working days for clearance of personal cheques. I/We authorise you to make any enquiries you deem necessary in connection with this sale. This information will be used for fraud prevention or debt recovery.

2. All prices quoted are for new products and are priced in Pounds Sterling including all taxes at current rates unless a different currency is selected by you. Price excludes delivery to any address but is clearly shown before you checkout. Saturday deliveries by carrier are regretfully not possible. An invoice giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid including VAT will be supplied.

Delivery
3. We regret we are unable to give timed deliveries. All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond the control of the Company: including acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delay by suppliers. Delivery will normally be 2 to 5 working days from the clearance of payment.

Accuracy of Information
4. Orbitalsat UK Ltd takes great care to faithfully reproduce all descriptions and specifications as provided by the manufacturers however, errors may occur. If you are in any doubt we recommend you contact our sales team to discuss the product in more detail. The illustrations and colours are representative only. All sizes are approximate. All Items are subject to availability. All details, specifications, prices are accurate at time of publication, but may subsequently change. While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown are as close as possible to the actual specification there may be slight variations due to the nature of the medium. All accessories are extra unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter specifications as advised by the manufacturers.

Guarantee
5. All items are guaranteed for 12 months unless otherwise stated. All goods sold comply with current legislation and consumers are reminded that these items and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Right of Cancellation
6. The customer has an unconditional right to cancel an order. You must exercise the right to cancel an order by informing Orbitalsat UK Ltd in writing within the following time limits ("Cancellation Period").
Goods - from the date the order is accepted by Orbitalsat UK Ltd until seven days after the Goods are delivered. Customers exercising their right to cancel an order must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to Orbitalsat UK Ltd in an unused and as new condition complete in its original packaging and with all instructions and accessories. The return must include any premium offers or free gifts offered with the product. Alternatively Orbitalsat UK Ltd can arrange the return of the goods at the customers expense.

Orbitalsat UK Ltd will refund the purchase price of the goods or services within 15 days of receiving and checking the goods are as new and complete, less the cost of collection and delivery to Orbitalsat UK Ltd where necessary.

Pricing
7. Retail selling prices include value added tax at the UK standard rate.

8. Our buying team at Orbitalsat UK Ltd is constantly monitoring the major competition to ensure that our prices are as competitive as possible.

Defective or faulty Products
9. If you believe that the goods you have purchased are defective at any time please report this as soon as possible to our customer services. If the goods are within the manufacturers guarantee period we will arrange to replace or repair the goods as per the manufactures guarantee. It may be necessary to inspect the goods. Should this inspection prove the fault to be the result of customer misuse then our normal service charge will apply.

The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.

If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will offer a prompt repair service. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:

- in otherwise “as new” condition; and
- complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it (and the original box and packaging).

Please return the product to Orbital Satellite UK LTD . please return by currier or special delivery so you item can be tracked and insured, Orbital Satellite UK LTD accept no responsibility for any items returned to Orbital Satellite UK LTD. Orbital Satellite UK LTD will test the product and if we deem the product to be in good working order "you" the customer will have to pay for the item to be delivered back to you.

This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. please check your insurance policys for relative cover.

If a pre-paid smart card  is faulty under guarantee we will happily exchange it for the same title or refund your money. we have no control if the channel broadcasters change there subscription packages or rights to view certain channels please not that this MUST be taken up with the channel providers.

Any refund due to a fault or other defect will be covered by Orbital Satellite UK LTD, and the costs for returning goods for replacement or refund. Replacement goods are returned by currier or special delivery.

Privacy Policy
10. Orbitalsat UK Ltd use the information supplied by you through the ordering/registration page to process and fulfil your order. We may also use it to tell you about changes to our services, inform you of special offers and new product offerings that we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive this information from us in the future please uncheck the box on the order form.
